Payment & Shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery is available within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Shipping costs (including VAT):

Free shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein for orders over CHF 50.–.

Free shipping to Germany for orders over CHF 160.–.
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the product listing, delivery takes:

1–3 business days within Switzerland

2–5 business days for international deliveries (after receipt of payment for prepaid orders)
Please note: No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If your order includes items with different delivery times, we will ship everything in one package unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is based on the item with the longest delivery time.
Customs Fees
NIVAYS GmbH is not responsible for any customs or import fees that may apply once the items are shipped.
By purchasing from our store, you agree that one or more products may be shipped internationally and could incur customs charges upon arrival in your country.
No customs fees apply within Switzerland.
Return Policy
We offer a 100-day return period, starting from the date you receive your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

in the same condition you received it

unused and unopened

with tags attached
-
in the original packaging
-
accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Return Requirements
Returns and refunds are only possible if:

The item is in its original packaging

The original tags have not been removed

The product shows no signs of wear

The purchase was made no more than 100 days ago
Returns are NOT possible if:

The original packaging is missing

Accessories are missing

The product was personalized

The product was bought on sale

Tags have been removed

The item shows signs of use (e.g. odors, stains, wear)

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
