Returns

Our return policy is valid for 100 days. If more than 100 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a voucher or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some items are non-returnable, including intimate or hygiene-related products. Gift cards are also excluded from returns.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Only partial refunds are granted in certain situations, such as:

  • Items not in their original condition

  • Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Items returned after the 100-day return period


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift voucher for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, the voucher will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

If you are returning an item of higher value, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
